About SellerFeeCalc
SellerFeeCalc.top is a free collection of online tools for marketplace sellers. You can use every tool without an account, without payment, and without sending your numbers to a server.
Why this site exists
Selling on a marketplace means living with a stack of small percentages. A listing fee here, a transaction fee there, a processing fee that changes by country — and, occasionally, an advertising fee that arrives as a surprise on an otherwise good order. Pricing an item profitably requires doing that math over and over, and the official numbers are scattered across policy pages. We built SellerFeeCalc.top to put that math in one place, in the browser you already have open.
The first tool is an Etsy fee calculator covering the 2026 fee schedule: the $0.20 listing fee, the 6.5% transaction fee, country-specific Etsy Payments processing rates, regulatory operating fees, and Offsite Ads at 15% or 12% with the $100 per-order cap. It works in both directions — enter a price to see your profit, or enter a target profit margin and let it solve for the price you should charge. The fee rates live in a single data file (fees.json) that we update when the marketplace announces changes, so the calculator and the article you read stay in sync.
What you can expect
- The tools are free, with no daily limits and no sign-up wall.
- There are no pop-ups and nothing that blocks the tool while you work.
- We write our own interface, our own calculation engine, and our own content. We do not copy another product's layout, code, or wording.
- Every calculation runs locally in your browser with JavaScript. The prices and costs you type stay on your computer or phone.
- The site is available in nine languages.
Who it is for
Handmade sellers pricing a new product line, vintage shops checking whether free shipping still pays off, print-on-demand sellers stress-testing margins against Offsite Ads, and anyone who has ever wondered "how much does Etsy actually take from this sale?"
How it is built
The site is a small set of static pages served by Nginx. There is no database and no server-side processing of your inputs. Fee rates are compiled from Etsy's public Fees & Payments Policy and Help Center; static pages mean fast loads and very little that can break. SellerFeeCalc is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc.
