We aim to reply within two business days. Please write in English if possible — it helps us answer faster — but messages in any of the nine site languages are welcome.
What to write about
- Fee changes. Etsy adjusts its rates from time to time. If you spot a number on this site that no longer matches your payment account, tell us which country and fee line — that report helps every seller who uses the calculator.
- Bugs. Something looks wrong in a calculation? Include the inputs you used (price, cost, shipping, country, Offsite Ads setting) and the result you expected.
- Feature ideas. Other marketplaces, extra fee lines, a bulk mode — suggestions are welcome and shape what we build next.
- Privacy requests. Questions about the privacy policy, or requests related to GDPR / CCPA rights, can go to the same address.
